The September 2011 administrative meeting will at the Nexus Art Cafe.
The future administrative meetings will be there too, unless notified
otherwise.
If you are helping out with Software Freedom Day 2011 in Manchester then
please attend this meeting to discuss the preparations and the event day
itself.
The meeting is open to everyone and normally lasts about an hour and a
half. At the meeting we review what we’ve done, assess where we are and
plan what to do. This is your opportunity to get involved. We welcome
new people wanting to help the group achieve its goals.
We stay around for a social meet up afterwards, so it’s a good
opportunity to meet up with people and have a chat.
Will you all be staying at the Nexus Art Cafe after the meeting, or
heading elsewhere? I’m at the Manchester Bootstrap group in Common for
the meeting but might nip over to say hello if you are somewhere
close.

Mike, Please make sure to put MFS in the subject somewhere if you’re posting
meeting announcements to other lists, it can lead to confusion!
All,
This isn’t a HAC:Manchester meeting, but if anyone wants to turn up to it to
sort out what we’ll be doing on our stall, please do! I cant make it myself
unfortunately. Our official thing was ‘Robots and Arduino’, so if anyone
has a small arduino-based they want to put on the stall give a shout. I’ll
be bringing a pair of robots and some other toys.

Sorry about that. Normally only post the Admin meeting to the MFS list
so don’t need a MFS tag. Posted to HACMan and ManLUG because we covered
SFD event at this meeting.
