Available dates for week beginning 13th July

Hi Guys,

I’ve checked the NWDC calendar for 3 weeks time and we’ve got three week
nights when we wouldn’t be in conflict with any of the other events. The
nights are Monday 13th, Wednesday 15th (which conflicts with GeekUp Leeds -
frankly I don’t think that should be an issue… but, full disclosure, just
in case), Friday 17th. There is also nothing apparently on either weekend
11th-12 or 18th-19th.

Please can you jump on to
http://groups.google.com/group/stockporthackspace/web/2009-06-25-meeting-scheduler-for-2009-07-11-to-2009-07-19and
edit it with your availability.

Thanks,

That link doesn’t work for me! :frowning:

If the link I sent out doesn’t work, go to the group page below, and the
first item under “Pages” is the meeting page I just mentioned. I don’t know
quite how concurrent editing works though, so it might be that’s causing you
the problems?

Pages on google groups don’t like concurrent editing. You just get a
"open in other browser" message when you try to save.

In that case, does anyone know somewhere we can do this which doesn’t have
this limitation?

As most people have Google accounts - google docs would be an obvious
answer.

Easiest thing i’ve used for this kind of event is doodle: http://doodle.com

Gives a very easy ‘at a glance’ view of who can and cant make it to events.

Excellent idea!

aKademy1 is on until the 11th, State of the Map2 is 10th to 12th
July. I’m off to State of the Map for that weekend (assuming I
haven’t left transport + accommodation too late).
