So, I’ve had a chat with John Buttle who represents the landlord at
Broadstone Mill. I can’t quite work out if I got the wrong end of the stick,
or if Andy Green did, but it looks like the smallest of the rooms (the one
without windows) is going to be about £200/month and the other a little
more.
I’m going down there tomorrow at 12:30 to meet him face to face. I’ll send
an update when it’s all done.
