Can someone take charge of finishing the move?

Theres not much of our stuff left in #44 now, the metalworking room,
recycling bins, and the wood pile.

Can someone organise getting these things moved? I’m away for the next two
weekends due to Maker Faire and EMW, so someone else will need to take
charge.

We only have a vary short window, we’ll be handing back keys NEXT WEDNESDAY.

If you give me a set of keys I’ll make sure it’s all moved.

I could do with some help with the lathe though. I know very little about
lathes, so I can probably take it apart and move the bits upstairs but I’d
have no idea if I was damaging anything in the process.

Also, do we have any way of getting rid of rubbish? Anyone with a car or
should we get a hippobag? Otherwise I’ll just be taking all the bin liners
upstairs.

It might be best if we move the lathe (or as least the bed) tomorrow. That
way we guarantee more than one person is available! On 23 April 2013 14:22, Jim MacArthur jim@mode7.co.uk wrote:

A quick update: The lathe and its stand are up upstairs, as is the
metalwork room bench, the wood pile, and anything else heavy. There are
still a few small items dotted around downstairs but nothing difficult to
move.

The remaining jobs are:

  • Removing rubbish (which Paul has volunteered to do)
  • Gathering the few remaining items and moving them upstairs
  • Cleaning downstairs
  • Organisation of things upstairs.

Anything people can do to help will be very much appreciated.

plates on the draining board, along with the pile of rubbish. On 24 April 2013 23:31, Jim MacArthur jim@mode7.co.uk wrote:
