The council are proposing expanding the eastland’s residents parking scheme. I’ve attached the letter I received about it.

On the website there is a section on permits, with most relevant bullet point below:
Community permits are available for use by organisations who can demonstrate clear social benefit to people attending. Details of how these permits will work to be confirmed.
It seems like they’re still working this issue out so it may be worth board members etc. getting in touch to explain needs.
