We should be documenting things better! Check out this hackerspace’s
website, and the project writeups within:
http://www.sector67.org/
I think this is would be really good way to get our message out there, and
bring in more members. The documentation doesn’t have to be for big
elaborate projects, even little devboards and adaptors are handy to share.
To help with this i’m going to be leaving my camera at the space (since it
takes better photos than a phonecam)
To make it a bit more convenient (and automagical!) to upload the pictures,
does anyone want to buy this Eye-Fi cardhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/270888072076?
Its a SDHC card with a built in wifi connection, and will upload stuff
straight to our fileserver.
Its only £30, but after paying for all the workbench electrical stuff and
half of the FeCl for the etch tank i’m tapped out until february.
I agree we need to start documenting our work better. I am happy with
my phone camera though…its a 12 Megapixel camera! How much detail
do we need??? I promise to update my projects on the site…even
the PCR (urghhh) which needs updating properly so it works!! Need to
get a new SD card and DS1307 timer chip! I am a little tapped out
after Christmas but if people really want I will contribute.

its not the megapixel thats the problem, its the lenses / low light
quality, even the most expensive phonecam photos look pretty pants taken
under fluorescent light!On 6 January 2012 16:40, Alexander Lang alexanderlang1980@googlemail.comwrote:

Alex: its less resolution, more quality. Your phone camera has a
better resolution than my DSLR, but the pictures will look miles
better off the DSLR.
I can put some towards the Eye-Fi cardOn 6 January 2012 16:40, Alexander Lang alexanderlang1980@googlemail.com wrote:
