We need to make sure everyone has up to date emergency contact details. This is super important, while we hopefully never need them, we do need them there.
Please, make sure you have an emergency contact. You can update this by logging into your account with the details provided when you registered (or the ones you updated them with).
People without emergency contract details won’t be contacted initially, a quick sweep will be performed, and, worst case, any accounts without them may find their fob doesn’t work until they are updated. And we don’t want that, it’s more work for all of us!
