What do we want to do with these? They dont seem to work, would be
crap if they did work and take up loads of space.
a. Strip for parts
b. Bin
c. Pass on to other spaces / give away on hackaday
d. eBay?
e. Break into next door and leave them in there.
You’re not breaking into our place (42 Edge St) to leave them, we already have enough junk thank you.
With big projectors the bulbs sometimes cost more than the projector. You might be able to have fun with the DLP chips or the little LCD elements.

Have to dump them in #34 then!
They’re older than you’re thinking, CRT-based ! Might have some nice
fresnel lenses in them, and we might be able to use the crt tubes
themselves for something?On 23 June 2011 13:45, Julian Tait julian@littlestar.tv wrote:

Was one of them going to London?
If not, I say offer one to other hackspaces, and if nobody takes it, eBay it.
The other I reckon strip it and bin the unwanted bits.
OK. Does someone want to take charge of ripping one of these to bits on
saturday, since we’re never going to use them (they’re rubbish) and they
take up WAY too much space.
We can save any bits of metal (nice aluminium mesh on them), and other bits
that look useful.On 23 June 2011 14:25, Paul Plowman madstunts@hotmail.com wrote:
