The green bandsaw hasn’t been cutting straight and one issue is that the saw blade doesn’t sit in the centre of the wheels.
This is adjusted with some controls on the back but that control is stiff and I think basically it’s clogged up with dust inside. I adjusted the tracking before but it’s way off again.
I’ll be attempting to disassemble and clean this mechanism this evening, but until then the machine is out of order.
My hope is that once this control is fixed the performance will be significantly better.
