The new incident reporting form launched today. You might see these signs up around the space. The google form will allow you to report any health and safety issues, injuries or near misses to the board and subgroup teams inline with our legal requirements.
The form will also allow you to report broken and/or malfunctioning tools to the subgroups for investigation allowing us to get them back in working order quicker.
