So, as discussed in person a couple of times, and now in Telegram; I’m going to make slowcooker japanese-style curry.
It will be comprised of:
- Pork
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Sweetcorn
- Mushroom
- Onion (kind of disintegrates into nothing)
- Brocolli
I can, potentially, make a small quantity in my second, smaller slowcooker to cater for a vegetarian need.
I will be serving it on brown rice, but you’re welcome to get chips from the takeaway for me to put it ontop of.
There will be no cost to anyone, but it will be first-come first-serve. I’ll try to find a supply of paper plates, otherwise it’ll be in a plastic tray.
As it IS a slowcooked recipe, I will be in the hackspace for about 8 hours making tasty smells, from about 11am, and occupying one of the tables with my various cooking appliances.
