Some more regularly purchased items are consumables, check the Consumables List before making a proposal. You can also propose to have something added to the consumables list.

Reimbursement Request Form
Only subgroup teams can submit purchase proposals, though anyone is welcome to join the teams of course. The currently defined subgroups are:
- Visual Arts (currently an empty team)
- The Board
If you would like a new subgroup team defining please contact the Board.

Explain how it will be achieved- Who will buy, install, run, maintain etc
What are the benefits? Explain what the issues are and how this proposal overcomes them.
Where will you buy this thing? Where’s the money going?
How exactly will what you buy fit into hackspace and who will install it? Is this replacing something, what will happen to the old?
Will there be an ongoing consumables cost?
Fully funded by Hackspace / Pledge-drive / External Funded / Donation / Etc. (delete as appropriate)
Health & Safety
Does this need a risk assessment or is it already covered by an existing one? Does it need inductions to use? Who will make these processes?
Micro Proposal <£50 - 1 Board Member and 2 Members
Small Proposal < £150 - 2 Board Members and 5 Members
Medium Proposal < £500 - Majority of Board Members and 10 general members
Large Proposal > £500 - consult the board before gathering membership support, a strict board majority must be achieved. Large proposals can only be approved at members meetings with majority support from the members present. Proxy votes can be used.
