inductors

Does anyone have a spare 10uH 1A inductor I can buy off them? I’m
trying to build myself a usb charger. My samples from linear
technology arrived this morning.
Lets hope I don’t pop it I doubt they would be willing to give me
another. Switch mode regs are expensive. On average u pay fiver for
them. Rip off.

Thanks for the advice on board layout Alex. It looks much neater.

We have a selection of inductors in the electronics box. I might have some

I will have a look…often you can find these in switchmode phone chargers
