Currently yes. We’ve identified and finally properly fixed the problem
that’s been causing the errors the last couple of months (Turned out the be
an intermittent fault with a stepper motor), but the cutter still needs
properly cleaning and realigning before we can release it back into general
use.

Should be towards the end of this week.

I’m having the same problem, power is very low and still won’t cut through

We’re still waiting for the new laser tube to arrive. We will notify you
all (via here and via the board above the laser cutter) once it is
operating fully again :slight_smile:
