li-po battery packs (and charging)

I want to do a small project which will have a re-chargable battery on it
and was wondering if people had tips for using Li-Po battery backs
(probably in the 300mAh to 700mAh range).

Particularly useful would be small charger circuitry / usb charging.
The circuit it will need main 2.8V supply at up to 100mA at most.
