We are looking to hire a few junior embedded systems and devops engineers for our company Novo Innovations. Novo is a provider of devices and services in the Internet of Things (IoT) arena. We provide our customers with services which allow them to monitor, control and manage devices via the Novo mobile phone App. This is achieved through the application of the latest Internet Cloud technologies and standards. Working with Novo will not only provide you the right platform to grow your career but also a lot of fun. We are based in Greater Manchester.
For embedded systems:
The requirement is working knowledge of C, embedded linux and preferably python. Working knowledge of microcontrollers (Arm A and M series), I2C SPI UART busses, debugging, JTAG. Knowledge of communication system including 802.15.4, Bluetooth, ZigBee, WiFi, TCP/IP will be good. A bit of PCB design and testing electronics will be useful skill.
For software developer:
Any knowledge or work experience in cloud-based services.
Academic knowledge or work experience in any of the following technologies.
Javascript, node.js, Python, MongoDB, Linux, shell scripts, restful API, react native, app development on ios and Android, Docker, Kubernetes
