However, there is a meeting on the 7th June at 7:30PM to discuss all aspects of the event from logistics to volunteer roles.
It would be wonderful if as many volunteers would be able to to attend this meeting in order to sort out what will be done my who and when on the day. For volunteers who are not able to attend the meeting, there will be minutes of this meeting available to view on telegram as well as on the Hacman Forum for you to look at, if you have any further questions please feel free to get in touch with me ASAP.
