Old power tools

I’ve been having a bit of a clear out and I’ve got a load of old/broken
power tools (from my dad who is a joiner) that should be going to the skip
but I’m wondering if its worth stripping them for salvage.

if so ill give all the parts to the space.

It’s a bit difficult to say without knowing what equipment you have,
but in general if they’re broken you should throw them away. I
appreciate the offer, but HacMan has to pay to dispose of things, so
we need to be very careful what we accept. On 28 September 2013 11:22, Kevin Conroy kconroy188@googlemail.com wrote:

I’ve just had a look at some of the stuff I have here and most seems to be
old not broken.
Disposal of the unwanted stuff isn’t a problem as I can take them to the
skip on Oldham road myself.

seems to be a few cordless drills without batteries, a couple of routers
(1200w and 1900w), a black and decker quatro working but no charger, a no
name hi power hammer drill (working) and a no name wired jigsaw (working)

That’s just from the bin shed, I’m looking to clear the big room next week.

lots of working motors that I don’t want to see go into landfill but if
they cant be saved then so be it.
