Pervasive tech and theatre

Hi folks,

Thought any of you interested in my project might also be interested
in this free event at Contact theatre. It’s the day before your next
meeting (right?), so I’m passing on the link instead of telling you in
person. Hope to see some of you there, and if not, on the Wednesday.

I’m extremely interested in this as a potential funding source for a
project I have in mind, I’ll definitely try to make it.On 30 March 2010 15:31, Aliki alikichapple@googlemail.com wrote:

I’m extremely interested in this as a potential funding source for a
project I have in mind, I’ll definitely try to make it.

My first attempt to make a theatre game work remotely is going to be
part of Sandpit at Play Everything (at the Contact Theatre ) on May
15th. Many thanks to Jon and Dave Mee, both of whom advised me on it,
and to MadLab and Hacman for providing a forum for me to pick their
brains.

The Remote Clapping Game is going to be very low tech in this
incarnation due to the limitations of time and the venue’s other
commitments, so perhaps not terribly interesting to you, but, all the
same:

  1. Come along to Sandpit and help test some new games, it should be
    lots of fun!

  2. I could use someone who’s handy with a laptop and webcam on the day
if anyone wants to volunteer, or knows someone who might.

  3. I want to develop it further, so if anyone was intrigued by the
idea, come and check it out and we could work on it over the longer
    term.

Thanks again for your help, you guys have been great. On Mar 30, 3:31 pm, Aliki alikichap...@googlemail.com wrote:
