Such is life with stairs…it’s very difficult to do something about them.
It would be very hard to move our stuff in there. I would hope that the

There is a hatch that would help with moving stuff in.

They are asking 10k pa, but are willing to ‘do a deal’ but what they
might be we don’t know - personally I think we can do better, multi

I think we were very lucky with No.44 but hopefully we can find somewhere
else. 10k pa is ok but I would expect for that money a better state of

Hmmm…we would have to increase membership fees for 10k or we would need
33 members constantly paying £25 a month…

By my calculations: £10,000 / 12 = £833

£833 / £25 = 33 members paying.

Things to keep in mind.

I have to go…catching a plane soon. See you all in two weeks or so. I
have removed my stuff from the space so hopefully that’s a little less to
worry about. Good luck finding a new space.
