I have the PCS-10, and do not regret spending a little extra for a Park Tool stand than some brand I’ve never heard of. That said, Edinburgh cycles have one under their Revolution brand that might be cheaper and still good quality. On the site it’s currently more expensive than the PCS-9 at Halfords:
