Hi All,
We have just had a great meeting at MOSI about the Manchester Maker Faire.
The “Call for Makers” will be going out very soon.
The PR team at MOSI were really keen to include the Hacman in their press
releases about the event and wondered if they could come down on Wednesday
night to take some pictures of you guys and some projects that will capture
the essence of a maker faire.
Hopefully this will be great publicity for Hacman and give us the chance to
tell you all where we are up to and also get any input from you guys to
make it a brilliant event.
If your happy for a few of us to pop over Wednesday night let us know and
we will see you there. Also, if its OK can we invite some of the Manchester
Girl Geeks along?

That sounds great. We are currently working on our project for this year’s
show season, so you can get some in-progress shots, and we can set up some
of the other things we’ve made.

I’m goin to try to get the ping-pong ball matrix (the big one) done by the
faire (unlikely, but I’ll try), it’ll be a bit rushed, so look like dog
sick from behind (far worse than the green-wire birds-nest 
)
On another note, what actually is it that is being done for show season ??

We’re working on a giant version of operation right now, but there are
ideas in the works for Zoetropes, Knock Clocks, Screaming Punchbags and

Don’t know If I can come by on Wed, and if i can almost definitely not with
the matrix (size). If you want in progress pics (don’t know why, looks like
dog sick) then just reply and I’ll take and send u some (will need a
resolution, can go quite big and I have no clue about gmail limits)
