We’ve got the large format printer up and running again. There seem to be ongoing issues with the magenta colour but I’m hoping it is just the ink cartridges we have for it are running low.

To double check this is indeed the case, I’m proposing we buy a new full genuine HP Magenta cartridge to replace the nearly empty magenta we have.

Just wondering - do things like this need to be a purchase proposal or should they be classed as consumables with standinging authority to replace them as needed?

They can be classed as consumables if someone sticks them on the list to be voted on at the next members meeting. But I wanted to see the cartridges working first before we make it consumable.
