Reprap - new hotend pledge.

I’ve replaced the broken part on the reprap hotend, and its still barely
extruding, so its probably time to call the cheap hotend a failed
experiment and buy a proper one.

The best hotend for repraps currently is the J-head Mk V - BV, which cost
about £45 to buy. If we upgrade the mendelmax to use this, we should be
able to bump up the print speed and quality.

I pledge £10 towards it.

We’ll also put £10 in.
