Door is now fixed and access is open.
Access issue with front door. There is no access to the space.
The main door lock has mechanically failed.
People are aware and we have a proposed fix. It requires someone with a manual override key to get in and they have made themselves available.
A replacement lock has been ordered and express shipping has been requested
We are looking at a few days
The old one lasted 12 years… RIP
