Roland CAMM3 final update

Hi HacMan,

Despite my best intentions, I’m unable to visit the new space as often
as I was the old one, so I’m going to have to pass on the Roland CAMM3
milling machine to someone else (or the bin, as you wish).

I’ve updated http://wiki.hacman.org.uk/Roland_CAMM3 with the current
state of the machine. I’m happy to answer any questions about it.

I would be happy to take this project on when I get back to Manchester, but if someone wants to work on it before then, feel free.

I can lend a hand if needs be when you get back, although I’ll be looking
at some other things first.

For the control software I can see a couple of options

  1. Try and use Chillipepr with the grbl setting, and the smoothieboard with
    the smoothie firmware (easiest option to try first)
  2. Try and use Chllipepr with the tinyg setting, and see if it’s possible
    to compile tinyg for the smoothieboard (so far I’ve managed it for the
