Pololu used to do some nice plastic chain link tracks, though I can
only seem to find rubber band tracks there now.

There are a few decent suggestions at varying price points here.
Though it also has a lot of now dead links sadly.

Finally let’s make robots might be a good place to check. Their store
has a few bits listed, there users will probably have better
suggestions.
