Hello Janey,

I just meant, as in are the details confidential or can
you share them on the two mailing lists (the StockportHS
one to which you sent your original mail, and the
NW Hackspace one which was cc’d in my mail to you).

i run a company called Manchester Creative Collectives and i have a
Factory in town, a friend of mine who is a circuit bender enthusiast
told me that hackspace were looking for space and well we have alot of
projects that cross over inc mapping electronic circuits on a city and
a neural framework project.

That sounds cool. The Liverpool Hackspace group
started partly from a creative/art background, and
I know the guys in Manchester & Stockport are
creatives as well as techies…

Are you guys looking for space?

Well, we have various groups at different stages of looking
for or taking on space, but I’m certain that many on the list
will be interested, so I’m answering by cc’ing the e-mail
to both lists, so that anyone there can answer (please
keep Janey cc’d in with your replies as she’s not an hsNW
subscriber).

Hi Janey,

Thanks for the really amazing offer! Stockport Hackspace currently don’t
have somewhere we can call “Home”, so if you’ve got space somewhere that we
might be able to use, that’d be really helpful!

We currently meet two nights a month - on the second Thursday of each month
and the fourth Wednesday both from 7PM onwards. Would this work for you at
all, or are there set times for security features in your building? We have
been looking to try and organise a Saturday day event, so if the evenings
don’t work, would you be willing to host us for a Saturday?

Perhaps, if it’s convenient, some of us from the Hack Space could come and
talk with you one evening about what you’re offering, and what you’d hope we
could bring to you?

Also, if it’s not too cheeky, I’d really like to hear more about what you’re
doing at the moment - the electronic mapping sounds intriguing and the word
Neural always trips certain triggers in my mind! Even if we can’t work with
you in your space, I’d love for you to talk to us as a group about what
you’ve done?
