What can it be used for…how hard is it to flash an LED etc. Is the IDE
and associated libraries free etc etc

I’ve not tried any IDEs, it took me about a day or so to get something
working for myself.
The board has 8 LEDs and a accelerometer on it, plus about 80 0.1 pins.
It can be programmed over USB and has a second USB for playing with USB on
the STM32F3.

Well that answers that…I haven’t got the time or patience to be learning
a new dev tool that takes a professional a day to get working.
