I’m interested in this clothing exhibit at Manchester Art Gallery: Unpicking Couture
I don’t do garment making, but exhibits like this often give me ideas about what can be done with fabric. It’s also nice to discuss an exhibit like this with other interested people.
I’m planning to go to the gallery on Sunday 30 July. I will be in the entrance foyer at 2 pm if you want to meet up with me and see the exhibit together, then maybe go to the cafe afterwards.
The exhibit is on until January 2025, so there is plenty of time to arrange another viewing if you can’t meet up with me in July.
Looks good but check your suggested date (website says it opens on 21st July)
