I think we should consider these, they seem healthy.
What do people think of them?
personally I’d replace the following
We work to create an environment free of microagressions, which can be detrimental to the growth of diversity in our space.
with something like
We work to create an environment free of insensitivity, which can be detrimental to the growth of diversity in our space.
(just because I’m not a big fan of re-inventing words for the sake of it)
